Not always in my opinion. When we discuss face to face it is easier to come up with suggestions or discuss the budget. We can talk about possibilities and be more concrete on what you want to achieve. Be reassured! An appointment is free of charge and doesn’t mean you make a commitment with The House Lab.

What does it happen after the appointment? Most likely we already discussed what is doable and maybe I also provided an estimation of price. Still, you will get an official offer with a clear description of what we agreed.
